Your DIRECTV charges are not included on your telephone bill. Your monthly bill is processed from central DIRECTV billing centers around the U.S. but payment is made directly to PGTELCO. Your billing cycle and due date are determined by the date you activate your DIRECTV services and can not be changed.
Any programming issues or changes, billing questions, etc. should be directed to our office, (479)846-5696 or (877)356-5696. These numbers are answered by our business office 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Evenings and weekends, these numbers will be directed to our after hours service. This service is also available during business hours when our customer service representatives are not available.
